Burgers

Everybody's favourite meal.

Servings: 8-10 patties depending on thickness


Ingredients

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp mince garlic
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce

Patty

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 oz. crumbled or shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the seasoning ingredients into a large bowl.
  2. Add the ground beef and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add cheese if required.
  4. Press handfuls of the mixture into patties.

Note

I use a tuna can with both ends cut out and press with the bottom of a glass to make the patties.
