BBQ Rub

A tasty rub to add to any barbequed meat.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, if you want it a little spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and store in a sealed container.
  2. Rub on meat prior to barbequing.
