Goulash

A family favourite thats cheap, quick, and easy to make. Great to have on hand as leftovers.

Ingredients

Short Ribs

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • a few dashes of Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups rigatoni noodles
  • grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice a green pepper.
  2. Boil rigatoni noodles until done and drain.
  3. While the noodles are boiling brown the ground beef in a deep frying pan or pot. Drain excess fat when done.
  4. Add garlic to the meat on medium heat and cook for two minutes. Add the soups, the rest of the seasonings and stir.
  5. Bring to a boil, add noodles, and stir to mix.
  6. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
